Terms and conditions
Last updated: October 11, 2026
These terms apply when you use the Open Heavens Calgary 2026 website, run by New Covenant Assembly (NCA), Calgary, Alberta. By using the site you agree to them.
The event and the information on this site
We work to keep dates, times, locations and line-up accurate, but details can change. Items marked TBC are not yet confirmed. Always check this site and NCA's official channels before you travel. Artists and programme are subject to change.
Parking passes
A parking pass is a reservation tied to the date and lot it shows, and is for personal use. We may cancel or reassign a pass if it is misused or if site conditions require it. Follow the instructions of event staff on the day.
Shuttle seats
A confirmed shuttle seat is held for the departure shown on your confirmation. Seats are limited. Please arrive by the time stated; seats not claimed in time may be released to people on the waitlist. We may change or cancel a departure and will contact you using the details you gave us.
Reminders, prayer requests and the collection waitlist
Reminders and waitlist messages are sent to the email you provide. Joining the OHC 2026 Collection waitlist does not reserve an item or guarantee availability. The collection is not sold online; it is sold in person as described on the Collection page. Prayer requests are not a substitute for professional medical, legal or emergency help. In an emergency, call 911.
Acceptable use
Please use the site and its forms honestly and lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, test its security without permission, submit false or abusive content, or use automated tools to book passes or seats.
Content, photos and downloads
The Open Heavens Calgary and NCA names, logos, artwork, photos and text belong to NCA or their owners. The media kit is provided so you can help share the event; use it to promote Open Heavens Calgary 2026 and do not alter the logos or suggest endorsement of anything else.
Third-party links and services
Links to other sites (for example YouTube, Stripe giving and maps) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for those sites or their policies.
Liability
The site and its features are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, NCA is not liable for losses that come from relying on the site, interruptions to it, or events outside our control, such as weather, road closures or transit changes. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable law.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. We may update them from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: the NCA church office at the email address below.
